A draw among those registered on the 2+1 Warranty form for the period is organized every month.
ARTICLE 1: Organization
The company LAGRANGE SAS, with a capital of 1,000,000 euros, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Lyon under number RC 955 513 247, with its registered office located at 17, chemin de la Plaine – ZA Les Plattes- BP 75 – 69390 VOURLES, organizes, online on its website www.lagrange.fr via registration in the 2+1 Warranty, a free game each month starting from May 1, 2018.
This recurring game does not have an end date, Lagrange's responsibility cannot be incurred if this free game should be modified, shortened or cancelled.
ARTICLE 2: Game Principle
Participation in this draw is free. It is exclusively reserved for visitors of the website www.lagrange.fr who have registered for the free one-year extension of their Lagrange product warranty on the 2+1 Warranty form.
To participate, the person concerned simply needs to visit the website, fill out the warranty extension form, and validate it. Once validation is complete, the user receives a confirmation email for the warranty extension. The user is then automatically entered into the contest, unless they did not check the option "This information is intended for the communication service," which prevents us from accessing contact information and sending the prize.
A random product is offered as a prize each month (see Article 4 - Contest Prize). The draw takes place in the first week of each month for the previous month. For example, all correctly completed warranty extension registrations from May 1st to May 31st are included in the draw conducted in the first week of June.
The winner is contacted by email. If there is no response within 15 days, the draw is conducted again to select a new winner. Any registration form filled out incorrectly, incompletely, inaccurately or before the start date of the game cannot be taken into consideration.
ARTICLE 3: Participation
This free game with no purchase obligation is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica), except for employees of companies that have directly or indirectly participated in the design, implementation or management of the game, as well as members of their immediate family.
ARTICLE 4: Contest Prize
The prizes for this game are part of the Lagrange catalog, which can be consulted at this link.
Winners will be determined randomly by a random draw principle. The list of winners and their respective prizes are kept for control purposes.
Winners who have provided incorrect contact details will not be considered, and unawarded prizes will then be immediately put back into play. Prizes will be sent by postal package to the winners' addresses.
ARTICLE 5: Prize Attribution
Following the draw, winners will receive confirmation of their prize by email and will receive their prize by mail within 60 days from the day of the draw. The prizes awarded cannot be exchanged for their cash value in any currency, nor for other prizes (even of lower value).
No oral or written requests regarding the contest details and/or the list of winners will be answered.
ARTICLE 6: Responsibility
The organizers reserve the right, if circumstances justify it, to cancel, postpone, shorten or modify the game, or even to replace a prize with another prize of equal value, without their responsibility being engaged as a result.
Lagrange declines all responsibility in case of malfunction of the Internet network affecting the proper conduct of the game.
ARTICLE 7: Dispute
Participation in this contest implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules.
These rules are subject to French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting these rules will be sovereignly decided by Lagrange. No contestation will be taken into account after a period of one month following the closure of the game.
Lagrange reserves the right to pursue by any means any attempt to circumvent these rules, particularly in case of communication of erroneous information.
ARTICLE 8: Data Protection Act
Unless otherwise stated, personal data provided by participants in the context of processing their participation will be computerized. In accordance with the modified law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning them communicated to Lagrange in the context of the game.
Participants can exercise this right and/or object to said personal data being transferred to third parties, by written request addressed to Lagrange or via the contact form on the website.
ARTICLE 9: Force Majeure/Reservations
Participation in the free game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of internet access, particularly regarding technical performance, the risk of interruption, and more generally, the lack of protection of certain data against potential misuse, etc.
Consequently, Lagrange cannot be held responsible under any circumstances, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical and material failure of any nature whatsoever. It is specified that Lagrange cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or end of the free game, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage that would result, in any way, from an internet connection.
Lagrange's liability cannot be incurred if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, this free game had to be modified, shortened, or canceled. Lagrange reserves the right in all cases to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date. Lagrange reserves the right to systematically verify all entries, potentially limiting this verification to the winners. Any indication of false identity will result in the automatic elimination of the participant from the game.
Additions or, in case of force majeure, modifications to these rules may be published during the entire duration of the free game, by announcement from Lagrange. They will be considered as appendices to these rules.
