My waffles are sticking to the pan, how can I avoid this?

Waffle & Crepe makers / Related product(s): Super 2 Gaufres Waffle Maker

Sticking can have several causes: a lack of fat in the dough, poor lubrication of the plates or an excess of sugar in the dough. In order to remove the waffles easily, we advise you to properly lubricate your plate as soon as the preheating unit is completed (minimum 15 min), to a relatively thick and slightly sweet dough, and ensure that the waffle is done (minimum 3 minutes) before trying to open the device. If despite this, you realize that your waffle sticks to the walls of the plates, pass the tip of a knife between the waffle and the plate to assist in the release. On the other hand, it is essential to think about flipping your waffle iron when the waffles are cooking.
