Every month, win a LAGRANGE product by signing up for a third year of warranty on our website.
A monthly drawing from the 2+1 Warranty form entries is organized among registered participants during the period.
ARTICLE 1: Organization
The company LAGRANGE SAS, with a capital of 1,000,000 euros, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number RC 955 513 247, with its head office at 17, chemin de la Plaine – ZA Les Plattes - BP 75 – 69390 VOURLES, organizes a free monthly game starting from May 1, 2018, available online on its website www.lagrange.fr via the 2+1 Warranty registration.
This recurring game has no end date; Lagrange cannot be held responsible if this free game is modified, shortened, or canceled.
ARTICLE 2: Game Principle
Participation in this drawing is free. It is exclusively reserved for visitors to the website www.lagrange.fr who have registered for a free one-year extension of their Lagrange product warranty using the 2+1 Warranty form.
To participate, the person must visit the website, complete the warranty extension form, and submit it. Once validated, the user receives a confirmation email for the warranty extension. The user is then automatically entered into the contest, unless they opted out by not selecting the option “This information is for the communications department,” which prevents us from using contact details to send the prize.
A random product is offered each month (see Article 4 - Contest Prizes). The drawing is held during the first week of each month for the previous month. For example, all fully completed warranty extension registrations from May 1 to May 31 are entered into the drawing held the first week of June.
The winner is contacted by email. If there is no response within 15 days, a new drawing is conducted to select another winner. Any form completed incorrectly, incompletely, inaccurately, or prior to the game start date cannot be considered.
ARTICLE 3: Participation
This free game with no purchase necessary is open to any adult residing in mainland France (including Corsica), except for employees of companies directly or indirectly involved in the design, production, or management of the game, as well as their direct family members.
ARTICLE 4: Contest Prizes
The prizes for this contest are selected from the Lagrange catalog, available at this link.
Winners will be determined randomly through a lottery-style drawing. The list of winners and their respective prizes is kept on record for verification purposes.
Any winner who provides incorrect contact information will be disqualified, and any unclaimed prizes will be immediately re-entered into the contest. Prizes will be sent by postal mail to the winners' addresses.
ARTICLE 5: Prize Distribution
After the drawing, winners will receive an email confirmation of their prize, which will be sent to them by postal mail within 60 days from the date of the game. Prizes awarded cannot be exchanged for cash or currency, nor swapped for other prizes (even if of lesser value).
No oral or written requests concerning game procedures and/or the list of winners will be answered.
ARTICLE 6: Liability
The organizers reserve the right, if circumstances justify it, to cancel, postpone, shorten, or modify the game, or to replace a prize with another of equivalent value, without their liability being engaged as a result.
Lagrange disclaims any liability in the event of an Internet network malfunction that impacts the smooth operation of the game.
ARTICLE 7: Disputes
Participation in this contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
These rules are governed by French law. Any issues regarding the application or interpretation of these rules will be settled definitively by Lagrange. No disputes will be considered after one month following the end of the contest.
Lagrange reserves the right to pursue any attempt to circumvent these rules by any means, particularly in cases of providing incorrect information.
ARTICLE 8: Data Protection and Privacy Law
Unless otherwise indicated, personal data provided by participants as part of their entry will be processed electronically. In accordance with law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, participants have the right to access and correct their personal data provided to Lagrange as part of the contest.
Participants may exercise this right and/or object to the sharing of this personal data with third parties by making a written request to Lagrange or by using the website contact form.
ARTICLE 9: Force Majeure
Participation in the free contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of internet access, particularly regarding technical performance, risks of interruptions, and more generally, the lack of protection for certain data against potential misuse, etc.
Consequently, Lagrange cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any technical or material failures of any kind, including but not limited to the above. It is specified that Lagrange cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from an interruption, malfunction, suspension, or termination of the free contest for any reason whatsoever, or any direct or indirect damages resulting in any way from an internet connection.
Lagrange's responsibility cannot be engaged if, due to a case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, this free contest has to be modified, shortened, or canceled. In all cases, Lagrange reserves the right to extend the participation period and postpone any announced dates. Lagrange also reserves the right to systematically verify all entries, potentially limiting this verification to winners. Any false identity information will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant from the contest.
Addenda or modifications to these rules may be published at any time during the free contest by Lagrange in cases of force majeure. Such addenda will be considered as appendices to these rules.
