What is a Lagrange certified refurbished product?
A certified refurbished product is an appliance that has been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, repaired if necessary, tested, and repackaged to ensure its perfect functioning.
It may be an appliance returned by a customer as part of a withdrawal or an unfulfilled order. Each appliance is restored in our workshops and is subject to the same quality and performance standards as our new products.

Our society and consumption patterns mean that today, we as consumers are increasingly demanding and volatile in our decisions. The slightest defect in design, operation, or more simply, a misunderstanding of a product increasingly leads to product returns to distributors and consequently to manufacturers.
These returns are becoming more and more numerous and generate waste that we can no longer ignore. These returned products are for the vast majority intact and have simply been unpacked and sometimes used once. Despite their excellent overall condition and the fact that they are perfectly functional, it is impossible for us to put them back on the market as they are.
To this, we can add newly produced appliances that have anomalies following incidents on production lines. As these products do not meet the quality standards we impose on ourselves, they are not put on sale through our distribution network.

Today, we are taking action to limit this waste and its environmental impact. We are investing both human resources and financially to be able to refurbish these products.
Specifically, we now have the capacity to test, clean, repair, and repackage these set-aside appliances to offer them to our consumers at advantageous conditions. Of course, slight purely cosmetic defects may remain, but we consider them negligible and they do not in any way affect the proper functioning of the appliance or its durability. Refurbished appliances are thus offered with a discount of up to 50% off their retail price and benefit from the same warranty conditions as our new products.
In case of consumer dissatisfaction following the purchase of a refurbished Lagrange product, we commit to fully refund their purchase and donate their appliance to a charitable organization.
An action that calls for many others
By developing our range of refurbished products, we aim to reduce our environmental impact while allowing consumers to enjoy durable appliances at advantageous conditions. This doesn't stop there as we continue our efforts to participate in the collective effort to protect our environment, and are working today to make our packaging, materials used, production methods and transportation more responsible. We are convinced that these combined efforts will allow all of us, manufacturers and consumers, to reduce our environmental impact.
