What is a Certified Refurbished Lagrange Product?
A certified refurbished product is a device that has been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, repaired if necessary, tested, and repackaged to ensure perfect functionality.
It may be a device returned by a customer under a withdrawal or an unfulfilled order. Each device is restored in our workshops and meets the same quality and performance standards as our new products.

A Waste We Can No Longer Ignore
In today’s society and consumer habits, we find that we, as consumers, are increasingly demanding and quick to change our decisions. Even the slightest design or function flaw, or a simple misunderstanding of a product, often leads to product returns to retailers, and in turn, to manufacturers.
These returns are increasing and generate waste that we can no longer ignore. The majority of returned products are intact, having been simply unpacked or occasionally used once. Despite their excellent condition and perfect functionality, we cannot reintroduce them to the market as they are.
Added to this are newly produced items with minor defects due to production line incidents. As these items don’t meet our quality standards, they are not sold through our distribution network.
Immediate Action Needed
Today, we are taking steps to limit this waste and its environmental impact. We are investing both human and financial resources to recondition these products.
Practically speaking, we now have the ability to test, clean, repair, and repackage these set-aside products to offer them to our customers under advantageous conditions. Of course, minor cosmetic imperfections may remain, but they are considered negligible and do not affect the device’s functionality or durability. Refurbished products are thus offered with up to 50% off the retail price and come with the same warranty conditions as our new products.
In the event of dissatisfaction following the purchase of a Lagrange refurbished product, we commit to fully refunding the customer’s purchase and donating the device to a charitable organization.

But it doesn’t stop there; we continue our efforts toward the collective endeavor to protect our environment, working actively to make our packaging, materials, production, and transportation methods more sustainable.
