Plateau conforme à la description, avec 1 cerclage métallique que je n' avais pas sur le précédent. Il y a au moins 10 ans que j' ai ma tour a fromage et cependant on trouve toujours les pièces détachées, très bon point pour Lagrange . J' attends le reaprovisionnement de poelon a reblochon ( rupture pour le moment) , j' ai demandé d' avoir 1 notification pour m' avertir de la disponibilité. Le manche de mon poelon est cassé ( plastique) dommage de devoir tout recommander alors qu' il suffirait de l' embout qui est maintenant en bois .
