
Brioche croque-monsieur
The croque-monsieur with brioche gets reinvented with a sweet twist: juicy pear and melting chocolate between two slices of brioche bread. A perfect marriage of sweet flavors for a delicious treat in every bite!
Ingredients

- 8 brioche slices
- 50 g butter
- 2 pears
- 8 large squares of dark chocolate (or 16 small ones)
Preparation
Very lightly butter the outside of the brioche slices. Peel the pears, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
Spread them on half of the brioche slices, then add 2 large squares of chocolate (or 4 small ones) on each slice.
Cover with the remaining brioche slices.
