
Milk chocolate candy bar ice cream
A chocolatey treat that melts your heart! Discover our milk chocolate candy bar ice cream, an irresistible blend of creamy goodness and melting chocolate pieces. Indulgence has never been so cool!
Ingredients
- 200 ml of milk
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 12 milk chocolate candy bars
- 4 eggs
- 15 g of sugar
Preparation
1. In a saucepan, put 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of liquid cream, and 250g of milk chocolate candy bars (12 bars), then heat everything until it's well blended & melted.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix 4 egg yolks and 15g of sugar until slightly pale.
3. Pour your hot and homogeneous mixture into your bowl and mix everything well. Put it back on low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly. (When it coats the spoon, it's ready).
4. Pour your mixture into a container, let it cool down, then cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours (I left it overnight).
5. Place your cold mixture in your frozen ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes. (5 minutes before the end, you can add small Kinder Maxi chocolate shavings).
6. Store in the freezer in a tupperware container. (Wait at least 30 minutes before it reaches the right consistency to make scoops)
