Fonctionne très bien. Pas si bruyant que ça. Pas contre la glace reste crémeuse. Elle est donc moins congelée que dans un congélateur. A manger tout de suite ou à transvaser dans un contenant à mettre au congélateur.

Les glaces sont très bonnes, mais dire qu'on peut les préparer pour les avoir en dessert est un peu exagéré, car un certain nombre de préparations (dont toutes celles aux fruits) demandent à être commencées la veille pour laisser un temps de refroidissement. D'autre part, la machine est un peu bruyante. Heureusement, le résultat vaut la chandelle !
