Lagrange partners with Love Without Borders Association
Love Without Borders is a French NGO (non-profit association, law 1901) founded in 1972. This association is inspired by Mother Teresa's principles of mutual aid and fraternity.
Love Without Borders in a few words...
Recognized as a humanitarian organization of general interest, Love Without Borders undertakes humanitarian actions in Africa, particularly in Togo, Benin, Niger, Democratic Republic of Congo, Burkina-Faso, and in France.
In Africa, this association operates in the fields of health, education, vocational training, and equipment procurement.
In France, Love Without Borders participates in professional reintegration with its partner AJD Maurice Gounon.
Lagrange's commitment
Lagrange and Love Without Borders are connected by strong regional roots in Rhône-Alpes but also by family ties, as Love Without Borders is currently chaired by Charles Lagrange, brother of Philippe Lagrange, our company's director.
It is therefore natural that we wish to commit ourselves and bring visibility to the #1 NGO in the Rhône-Alpes Region for their various actions and the quantity of equipment sent to sub-Saharan Africa.
Our new project for 2024 and 2025
An observation
Sambilougou in the Savanes region of northern Togo is a village of approximately 1,538 inhabitants. The vast majority of residents are children, young adults, and women.
This village is very poor and has no access to drinking water. It currently has 2 very old wells, but these often run dry during the dry season, and the water drawn from them is unfit for consumption. All that remains is the riverbed where inhabitants dig holes, but here too, the water is often dirty or contaminated by chemicals and waste.
A project
Love Without Borders aims to provide access to drinking water for this village's population by installing a hand-pump borehole. This borehole will provide quality water nearby, preventing women and children from having to travel up to 7 km to find water in other villages.
The construction of this borehole is urgent, and Love Without Borders will begin work as soon as they have the financial resources, approximately 8,000 EUR (cost of the hand-pump borehole).

Love Without Borders and Lagrange are proud to announce that the 2022-2023 project to build a school in Agbanakin is now complete.
The school is built and children can once again learn in good conditions.
