
Homemade Granola
Homemade granola is the perfect combination of crunch, sweetness, and benefits! Made with oat flakes, dried fruits, and a little honey, it can be enjoyed plain, with yogurt, or in a smoothie bowl. All homemade for a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 oranges (or mandarins) + zest
- crushed hazelnuts and almonds
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- oat flakes or 5-grain flakes
- hulled buckwheat
- pumpkin seeds
- chocolate chips
Preparation
1. Mash the bananas on a plate.
2. In a saucepan, heat the juice of 2 oranges + zest + coconut oil + agave syrup
3. Crush the almonds and hazelnuts
4. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, hazelnuts and almonds, pumpkin seeds, and hulled buckwheat.
5. Then add the heated mixture + bananas
6. Once everything is well mixed, bake for at least 50 minutes at 160°C.
7. Turn the granola every 10 minutes.
8. Once the granola is baked and cooled, add the chocolate chips.
