Il est parfait. Il mixe sans broyer.... Juste une petite chose, les renforts moulés à l'intérieur du bol mixeur empêchent de tout racler correctement. D'où, une perte de préparation. S'ils étaient mis à l'extérieur, se serait mieux .... Mais je ne sais pas si c'est possible ! Je mets quand même 5 *

Le produit est bien mais la qualité semble beaucoup plus légère qu'au paravent. il vient remplacer un vieux mixeur dont la partie plastic était plus épaisse donc plus résistante.
