
Chocolate and hazelnut wafers

Ingredients
- 50 g of Lagrange wafer batter
- 135 g of shelled hazelnuts
- 60 g of sugar
- 60 g of powdered sugar
- 75 g of chocolate
- 13 g of powdered milk
- 5 g of hazelnut oil
Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
2.Roast the hazelnuts for 10 min.
3. Prepare a caramel with the sugar, spread it on a sheet of parchment paper and let it harden.
4.Once hardened, blend it with 60 g of hazelnuts to obtain a praline. Set aside in a bowl.
5. Mix the remaining hazelnuts with the powdered sugar, add the melted milk chocolate to the mixture. Combine the two mixtures in the bowl, add the powdered milk, oil, and salt.
6. The spread should not be liquid.
7. Preheat the Premium waffle maker with the wafer plates.
8. Make the wafers. Set them aside on a plate after cooking.
9. Spread the wafers with the chocolate hazelnut spread, cover with puffed rice and top with the other wafers. Enjoy!
