Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
- 500 g of potatoes (to make the puree)
- 1 carrot (to give color and flavor to your soup)
- 1 kg pumpkin (the basis for your recipe)
- 1 to 2 servings of Laughing Cow® (smooth it out!)
- Salt and pepper
- A little cream or milk (to decorate but it's optional)
Preparation
Quick and easy (and great for weeknights when you're running late!). Boil one liter of water and while you wait, peel, wash, and cube your vegetables (it helps for fast, even cooking) and throw them in the water. Cover and cook over medium heat for about forty minutes. Are the veggies tender and easily pierced? They're done! Pull out your Lagrange blender and mix everything together. Back in the pot on low heat, while adding cheese, milk or cream, a hint of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bon Appetit!
