Easy-to-use, offering healthy, low-fat cooking, it offers exceptional performance, with the same flexibility as a gas plancha over temperatures ranging from 50 to 300°C.
Manufactured with materials that have been rigorously selected for solidity and durability, the Plancha Pro is weather resistant (IPX4 rating) and equipped with a 3 mm thick cooking top in stainless steel, the professional’s material of choice, with a 10-year guarantee.
It includes several useful features, such as adjustment of the angle of the cooking top, using the four adjustable feet (fat can be made to run off by raising the back of the cooking top), and smooth edges that enable food to be slid directly onto plates or serving dishes using a stainless steel spatula.
The cooking juices collector is removable and can be put in the dishwasher, while its compact design and integrated cord storage make it easy to store.
It comes with a leaflet containing 15 recipes to inspire your culinary creativity, and help you to prepare healthy, inventive cuisine with your new grill!
