With your Nutris® dehydrator, preparation couldn't be easier.
To begin
Start by coring and slicing your apples thinly.
Make a little syrup with water and sugar (to be mixed in equal quantities) and add the lemon zest.
Immerse your apple slices for one minute into the liquid. Warning, do not let them cook!
Then
Drain well and dry your apple slices.
Finally, put your fruit in your Lagrange device and choose the appropriate temperature (70 ° C).
After 6 to 10 hours, it's ready!
Tasty Tip? Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
