Stone top Mixed Grill
(recipe for 4 people)
- 400g beef (beef fillet is perfect, sirloin also suits, but ribeye is a bit too greasy)
- 300 g veal (cutlets)
- 300 g of duck (duck breast: if you leave the skin, it will grease the stone of your Grill 'Pierre®)
- Vegetables: zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, asparagus, peas, onions, baby corn (preferably seasonal vegetables!)
- Sauces: Burgundy, pepper, curry, etc.
If you're up to the challenge of cutting the meat yourself, don't be afraid to customize! Thin slices cook faster, but thicker slices satisfy the blue meat lovers!
Otherwise, your butcher will know what to do!
You just have to peel, wash and cut your vegetables while your Grill'Pierre® Classic quietly begins to heat up on the table.
