Ingredients

  • 17.6 oz flour
  • 4.4 oz butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2.1 oz grated parmesan
  • Salt
  • Chopped rosemary 

Preparation

Melt the butter and let it cool.
Pour the flour into a bowl. Add salt, water and cream. Beat with a whisk. Add the melted butter to the bowl followed by the grated parmesan and chopped rosemary.
Continue beating until the batter is smooth. Put about one tablespoon of batter on each mold.
Close the waffle maker using the clip.
