2.2 Identification of products ordered
The products are available on the Lagrange.fr online catalog with a button allowing them to be added to the basket. Due to the constraints of the web - in particular the low resolution of the images as well as the colors which can be altered by the screen - we cannot be held responsible for a minor difference between the contractual product and the delivered product.
The availability of products is visible on the product sheets thanks to the mentions "In stock" or "Temporarily out of stock". In case of many simultaneous orders, an unreported stock shortage may occur. The unavailability of a product due to a shortage of stock or its removal from the catalog may not result in any cancellation of the overall order, but only of the article mentioned.

If your order is not yet in preparation, you can call customer service to cancel your order and start it again with the desired items. If your order is being prepared by our logistics department or has been dispatched, the order can no longer be modified. We advise you to refuse the package upon delivery if you wish to completely modify your order.
