What are the after-sales service terms?
Our after-sales service (SAV) is designed to assist you in case of issues with our products. For defects covered by the warranty, we will handle repairs or offer a free replacement. If your product is no longer under warranty, we will provide you with a repair quote. Products should be returned in their original packaging or in suitable packaging, along with proof of purchase.
