La deuxième que j‘achète et toujours aussi satisfaite! Le meilleur moyen pour moi d‘avoir d‘excellents yaourts nature. J‘utilise les ferments Lagrange pour 1,5 litre de lait et 9 yaourts et les ferments Alsa pour 1 litre de lait et 6 yaourts. Toujours du lait UHT entier.

The second one I buy and still very satisfied! The best way for me to have excellent plain yogurts. I use Lagrange ferments for 1.5 liters of milk and 9 yogurts and Alsa ferments for 1 liter of milk and 6 yogurts. Always UHT whole milk. (Translated review)
