La livraison de ma commande devait se faire en point relais. A la date prévue du retrait le colis n’était pas au point relais. Par la suite j’ai reçu de nombreux messages du transporteur m’indiquant que le colis un peu détérioré devait être recolisé et donc que la livraison se ferait le lendemain ou surlendemain etc…. Sans jamais voir arriver ma commande. Après avoir gentiment patienter, j’ai envoyé un mail au « Service Clients » pour exposer le problème. Celui-ci m’a répondu très rapidement pour m’informer que le colis était revenu à l’entreprise. Pourquoi ? Je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Mais le service client a été hyper réactif et m’a renvoyé ma commande par un autre biais de livraison que j’ai reçu peu de jour après. Bravo au service client ! Le produit reçu me satisfait complètement.

The delivery of my order was supposed to be made to a pickup point. On the scheduled pickup date, the package was not at the pickup point. Subsequently, I received numerous messages from the carrier indicating that the package, slightly damaged, needed to be re-packaged and that the delivery would take place the next day or the day after, etc... Without ever seeing my order arrive. After patiently waiting, I sent an email to the 'Customer Service' to explain the problem. They responded very quickly to inform me that the package had returned to the company. Why? I did not receive an answer. But the customer service was very responsive and sent my order again through another delivery method which I received a few days later. Kudos to customer service!
