
Sweet churros
Nothing beats sweet churros for a delicious treat! These delightful golden sticks, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, are coated with sugar and cinnamon for an irresistible pleasure. Perfect for sharing or savoring solo!
Ingredients
For about 24 churros:
- 625 ml of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 600 g of flour
- 5 eggs
- 150 ml of sunflower oil
Preparation
1. Bring the water, oil, and salt to a gentle boil.
2. Remove from heat, add the flour and mix.
3. Return to low heat for 2 minutes, working the dough with a spatula.
4. Remove from heat and add the eggs one by one, mixing with the spatula between each addition.
5. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes in your preheated Premium Waffle Maker®. Sprinkle sugar on the churros while they're still hot after removing them from the appliance.
