
Salmon tataki

Ingredients
- 1/2 salmon fillet
- 10 cl sesame oil
- 10 cl soy sauce
- 10 cl Thai chili sauce
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 10cl sesame oil
- 1 lemon
- coriander, dill, broccoli sprouts
- salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Prepare the marinade: mix sesame oil, soy sauce and Thai chili sauce.
2. Marinate the salmon for 1 hour.
3. Preheat your plancha.
4. Prepare the virgin sauce: in a bowl, combine lemon juice, sesame oil, chopped coriander and dill, and finely sliced radishes.
5. Sear the salmon on the plancha, 3 minutes on each side.
6. Set aside on a plate.
7. Slice the salmon into thin strips and arrange on a plate, add the virgin sauce and broccoli sprouts.
