This recipe, which involves briefly searing the salmon so it remains raw inside and just cooked on the surface, is surprisingly simple yet delivers incredibly flavorful results. Ingredients

  • 1/2 salmon fillet
  • 10 cl sesame oil
  • 10 cl soy sauce
  • 10 cl Thai chili sauce
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 10cl sesame oil
  • 1 lemon
  • coriander, dill, broccoli sprouts
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Prepare the marinade: mix sesame oil, soy sauce and Thai chili sauce.

2. Marinate the salmon for 1 hour.

3. Preheat your plancha.

4. Prepare the virgin sauce: in a bowl, combine lemon juice, sesame oil, chopped coriander and dill, and finely sliced radishes.

5. Sear the salmon on the plancha, 3 minutes on each side.

6. Set aside on a plate.

7. Slice the salmon into thin strips and arrange on a plate, add the virgin sauce and broccoli sprouts.

8. Enjoy!
