Mini bagels

Small but so delicious! Our mini bagels are perfect for a snack break or appetizers with friends. With their soft dough and tasty toppings, they will delight your taste buds with every bite.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE BAGELS

  • 380 g flour

  • 60 ml water


  • 2 packets of baker's yeast

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 5 cl oil 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp salt

FOR THE TOPPING 

  • 380 g flour

  • Fresh goat cheese

  • Prosciutto

  • Figs

  • Arugula

  • Walnuts

Preparation

Mix the water, yeast, and sugar separately, then incorporate this mixture into the flour.

Then add the eggs, salt, and oil to the mixture.

Knead to form a ball then place it in a previously oiled bowl.

Cover and let rise until the mixture has doubled in volume (about 1 hour). Divide the dough to make rolls and seal them together to form mini bagels.

Let rest for about ten minutes. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, place the bagels in for about 2 minutes, turning them regularly in the pot.

Drain them and sprinkle with seeds. Place them to cook in the preheated appliance.

Let them cool then slice them through the middle. Spread the inside with fresh goat cheese.

Assemble your bagels by sprinkling some chopped walnuts, then adding prosciutto, fresh fig slices, and arugula.
