Parfaite pour un usage domestique, le seul problème c'est qu'il vaut mieux sortir la glace du compartiment réfrigérant si on souhaite la conserver dans son congélateur car ensuite, au moment du service, il faut au moins une bonne heure à température ambiante avant de pouvoir faire des boules. Je conseille donc fortement aux utilisateurs soit de turbiner la glace avant le repas soit de la transférer dans un autre contenant que la cuve pour conservation jusqu'au moment du service.
