- 1 to 2 bunches of radish greens
- 1L of chicken broth
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of cream or fresh cheese
- Salt and pepper

1. Wash the radish leaves thoroughly in water and drain them.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
3. Mince the garlic and onion, and sauté them in a saucepan with a little fat.
4. Add the diced potatoes and sauté them for a minute or two as well.
5. Incorporate the radish greens and cover with chicken broth.
6. Let it simmer for about twenty minutes.
