With your Nutris® dehydrator, preparation is very easy.

To begin

Start by coring and cutting your apples into thin slices.

Make a light syrup by mixing equal parts water and sugar, then add the lemon zest.

Dip your apple slices in this liquid for a short minute. Be careful not to let them cook!

Next

Drain and dry your apple slices thoroughly.

Finally, arrange your fruits in your LAGRANGE appliance and select the appropriate temperature (70°C). After 6 to 10 hours, it's ready! 

Delicious tip? You can sprinkle your apples with cinnamon.
