Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 200g of flour
- 500ml of semi-skimmed milk
- 2 eggs
- 15g of canola oil
- Cocoa
- Vanilla
Preparation
The recipe by @dieteticienne.gourmande:
1. Prepare a plain crepe batter.
2. Divide it into two parts: add cocoa to the first part and liquid vanilla extract to the second.
3. Take a small plastic bottle with a thin nozzle and fill it slightly with the chocolate-flavored batter.
4. Pour the contents of the bottle in a swirling motion, starting from the center of the crepe maker.
5. Pour the vanilla crepe batter over it.
