Radish rillette

Discover the radish rillette: a fresh and creative alternative to classic spreads! Light, crunchy and full of flavor, it's perfect on toasted bread or as a side dish. A touch of color and lightness for your appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 100 g radishes
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 2 portions of processed cheese
  • Salt, pepper
  • A few sprigs of chives (optional)

Preparation

1. Wash and trim the radishes.

2. Cut them into quarters and place them in the mini chopper.

3. Blend to obtain small pieces of radish (but not too much to maintain texture).

4. Mix with the melted cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper.

5. Optionally add some chopped chives.
