
No-bake Brownie
Craving a quick and irresistible dessert? This no-bake brownie, filled with crunchy nuts, is a true delight! Easy to prepare, it offers a melting texture and an explosion of flavors. Perfect for hurried gourmets!
Ingredients
- 250g of rehydrated dates
- 100g of melted dark chocolate
- 50g of blended oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk (here, chocolate soy milk)
- 1 large handful of pecans
Preparation
1. In a container, combine the milk, dates, honey, coconut oil, melted chocolate, cocoa, and oat flakes.
2. Blend this mixture to create a sufficiently thick batter. If needed, you can add a little milk if the dates are not sufficiently rehydrated. This will facilitate blending.
3. Once the batter is obtained, add the pecans.
4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour in a silicone mold (here, a 15 x 15 square)
