
Avocado & raspberry toast
Avocado & raspberry toast: a fresh and delicious combination! The creaminess of avocado pairs with the sweet-tart raspberries for a flavorful bite. Perfect for a light lunch or balanced snack.
Ingredients
- 1 dried fruit bread
- 2 avocados
- 150g of fresh cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 cucumber
- A few raspberries
- Pepper mill
Preparation
1. Slice the bread.
2. Cut the cucumber into slices and set aside with the raspberries and some lamb's lettuce for the topping.
3. Place all ingredients in the blender bowl and mix until desired texture is achieved. Depending on your preference, you can either blend roughly to keep some chunks or blend until completely smooth. Don't hesitate to add lemon juice if needed.
4. Spread this mixture on the bread slices.
5. Top with raspberries, cucumber slices, some lamb's lettuce, and finish with lemon zest and a turn of the pepper mill.
