Heart waffles

These heart-shaped waffles are a true delight to share! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, they can be enjoyed plain or with a little powdered sugar, melted chocolate, or fresh fruit. Perfect for a tender and indulgent break.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of flour
  • 1 packet of gluten-free baking powder
  • 400 g of plant-based milk
  • 60g of applesauce (homemade or sugar-free)
  • 60 g of semi-salted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • A few drops of vanilla

Preparation

1. Mix the flour with the baking powder.

2. Add all the other ingredients one by one and mix well until you have a homogeneous batter.

3. Cook in your waffle maker and enjoy immediately!

Tip: If you're not eating the waffles right away, a quick pass through the toaster will restore their crispiness.
