Salmon fillets with lemon sauce

Savor these salmon fillets delicately cooked, topped with a creamy lemon sauce that enhances every bite. A fresh, light, and flavorful dish, perfect for a gourmet and healthy meal!

Ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 3 teaspoons of chopped dill
  • Salt, pepper

Yogurt sauce:

  • 2 containers of Greek yogurt
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 sprigs of chives
  • Salt

Preparation

1. Preheat the Plancha to 220°C (428°F).

2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the salmon fillets on the plancha for about 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with chopped dill.

Preparation of the yogurt sauce:

1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and lemon juice. Add the chives and salt.

2. Serve the salmon fillets with the lemon yogurt sauce and garnish with some pink peppercorns and sprigs of dill.
