
Easter Donuts
Easter Donuts are the sweet and festive touch of this season! With their colorful icings and spring decorations, these little treats add a delicious touch to your celebrations. Perfect for snack time or as an original dessert, they will delight both young and old!
Ingredients
For the donuts:
- 260 g of flour
- 11 g of baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean
- 130 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 40 ml of oil
For the icing and decoration:
- 200 g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- Juice of one lemon
- Grass green food coloring
- Small chocolate eggs
- Small chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
For the donuts:
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients needed for the donut preparation. Blend and strain the mixture.
2. Preheat the LAGRANGE waffle maker, fitted with donut plates.
3. Pour the mixture into the plates, flip the waffle maker halfway through cooking.
4. Place the donuts on a wire rack.
For the icing:
1. Mix the egg white with the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and green food coloring.
2. Ice the donuts, let the icing dry.
3. Decorate by inserting chocolate eggs and sprinkles into the hole of the donuts.
