
Spatchcock chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole, cleaned free-range poultry
- 250 g of butter
- 2 heads of garlic
- 20 g of salt
Preparation
1. Turn on the LAGRANGE barbecue.
2. Place the butter and salt in a heat-resistant dish.
3. Place the dish on the barbecue, when the butter is melted cut the two garlic heads in half and immerse them in the butter.
4. Grill on the BBQ for 30 minutes. Set aside the butter in a container
5. Butterfly the poultry: cut the chicken along the back lengthwise, open it flat and flatten it.
6. Brush the poultry with garlic butter, salt and pepper.
7. Place the poultry skin-side down on the BBQ (brush with butter every 5 minutes)
8. Cook for about 25 minutes and flip the poultry, cook for 20 minutes on the other side.
9. Brush one last time with butter and serve.
