Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- 16 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 turkey cutlets
- 1 lime
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch of cilantro
Preparation
1. Peel the red onion and slice it thinly.
2. Remove the cilantro leaves from the stems and wash them.
3. Sauté the turkey cutlets in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
4. Once cooked, wrap in plastic film and set aside at room temperature.
5. Turn on the LAGRANGE "Element" raclette appliance.
6. Place corn tortillas on the stone and a dish with the sliced poultry.
7. Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese in each raclette dish.
8. When the cheese is melted, place some poultry in a tortilla, add cilantro leaves and a bit of red onion.
