The beef sandwich is a must-have for meat lovers. Between two slices of lightly toasted bread lies a generous portion of juicy beef, complemented by fresh and crunchy vegetables, all enhanced by a creamy and flavorful sauce. Each bite is a perfect balance of textures: the softness of the bread, the tenderness of the meat, and the crunch of the vegetables. This flavor-packed sandwich is perfect for a gourmet lunch or a characterful meal on the go!

Ingredients

  • 2 rustic baguettes
  • 500g of beef flank steak
  • 20cl of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 25cl of pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of chili
  • 10l of sweet chili sauce
  • 4 mozzarella balls
  • 1 packet of arugula
  • 2 tomatoes

Preparation

1. Mix soy sauce, pomegranate juice, honey, chili, and sweet chili sauce.

2. Marinate the beef flank steaks for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat the LAGRANGE pro plancha

4. Grill the flank steaks for 1 minute on each side and set aside on a rack.

5. Reduce the marinade over low heat until it becomes syrupy.

6. Cut your rustic bread in half, cut the mozzarella balls in half.

7. Place 4 pieces of mozzarella on the bottom of the bread and grill it in the oven.

8. Place the meat on top of the mozzarella, add arugula and a few slices of tomato.

9. Drizzle with the reduced marinade, add sesame seeds and close the sandwich.
