
Homemade Gravlax Salmon
Homemade gravlax salmon is a delicious Nordic preparation that will impress your guests! Marinated in a mixture of salt, sugar, and dill, the salmon transforms into a refined dish, ideal for a festive appetizer or a gourmet brunch. Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of coarse salt
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 100 g of dill
- 10 g of black pepper
- 10 g of black tea
- 2 lemons
- 2 cl of vodka
- 1 salmon fillet
Preparation
1. In the grain mill bowl of your Blender, put the coarse salt, sugar, black pepper, tea, and zest of 2 lemons. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
2. On a plate, spread half of the mixture in a thin layer. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on top and completely cover the salmon with the rest. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. After this time, rinse the salmon in cold water and dry it quickly.
4. It is ready to be enjoyed.
You can keep this Gravlax salmon refrigerated for 3-4 days.
