A perfect blend of flavors and freshness with marinated pork skewers and colorful vegetables. The tender pork, marinated in flavorful spices, pairs perfectly with crunchy vegetables. An explosion of flavors to grill for a convivial and sunny meal!

Ingredients

  • 800 g of pork
  • about ten cherry tomatoes (or more: they can be used for appetizers)
  • about ten small potatoes (pre-cooked for about ten minutes in boiling water)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 5 red onions
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

To start

For the best results, marinate your pork cubes (yes, you need to cut them!) with lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and thyme.

How long? Overnight in the refrigerator is ideal.

Cook your potatoes for about ten minutes in boiling water. Be careful to adjust the cooking time according to the size of your potatoes - they should remain firm so they can be easily threaded onto the skewers.

It would be best to start the preparation the day before...

Then alternate on your skewers: pork, pre-cooked potato slices, cherry tomatoes, large bell pepper squares, and red onion petals.

Then

For cooking, two to three minutes on each side is sufficient (otherwise the pork becomes dry and it's not very good).
