
Potato waffles stuffed with Reblochon cheese and Savoie sausages
For a comforting and indulgent dish, try these potato waffles stuffed with Reblochon cheese and Savoie sausages! Crispy on the outside and melting on the inside, these waffles are a mountain version of traditional waffles, perfect for winter. Served with a green salad, these reinvented waffles will delight everyone around the table!
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 Reblochon cheese
- 2 Savoie sausages
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion.
2. In a bowl, finely grate the potatoes. Add the onions, egg and cornstarch. Mix and drain the mixture well.
3. Slice the Reblochon cheese and cook the Savoie sausages according to instructions.
4. After cooking, drain them and cut them into thin strips.
5. Preheat the Premium Waffles® waffle maker with the stuffed waffle plates.
6. Place a thin layer of grated potato mixture on the plates. Add slices of Reblochon cheese and strips of Savoie sausage.
7. Cover with the grated potato mixture, close your waffle maker and flip it.
8. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
9. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used and serve hot.
