
Coffee Sorbet and Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 150g of sugar
- 250g of espresso coffee
- 4cl of vodka
- 2cl of coffee liqueur
- 1 scoop of coffee sorbet
- 3cl of coffee
Preparation
1. Make a syrup with coffee and sugar.
2. Let the syrup cool, and when completely cooled, put it in the ice cream maker bowl and let it churn for 1 hour.
3. Prepare a strong espresso and let it cool completely. Also chill the cocktail glass.
4. In a shaker, add vodka, coffee, and coffee liqueur. Shake for 15 seconds.
5. Pour into the chilled martini glass, add a scoop of coffee sorbet.
