Ingredients

  • 5 bananas
  • 10 cl oat milk
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 lemon

Topping:

  • Speculoos powder
  • Salted butter caramel
  • Chocolate pearls

Preparation

1. Split the 2 vanilla pods and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife.

2. In a blender, mix the oat milk with the peeled and sliced bananas.

3. Add the vanilla and lemon juice. Blend again.

4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and activate the one-hour program.

5. Put 4 empty ice cream bowls in the refrigerator. Then, place 3 scoops of ice cream in each bowl and add toppings as desired.
