
Pistachio Wafer Cup

Ingredients
- 160 g of flour
- 80 g of pistachio powder
- 210 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 11 g of baking powder
Preparation
1. Mix the sugar and softened butter.
2. Add the flour, pistachio powder, baking powder and eggs. Mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
3. Preheat the Lagrange waffle maker with the wafer plates.
4. Place a small amount of batter in the middle of the plates. Close the waffle maker and let it cook.
5. Prepare a bowl to shape the wafer cup.
6. When removing from the waffle maker, shape the wafer inside the selected bowl. Work quickly before the wafer hardens.
7. Let cool.
