
Bubble Waffles - Fougasse Version
Discover our savory version of Bubble Waffles. Created in a "fougasse" style, this recipe is perfect for your appetizers!
Ingredients
- 300g of flour
- 50g of cornstarch
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 500ml of milk
- 80g of olive oil
- 200g of bacon lardons
- 30g of pitted black olives
- 70g of Emmental cheese
- Salt, pepper and Herbes de Provence
Preparation
1.Cook the bacon lardons in a pan.
2.Cut the black olives into small pieces.
3.Mix all ingredients together to make your waffle batter and add the toppings.
4.. Once the waffle is cooked, you can eat it immediately or wait for it to cool down to cut out the bubbles and arrange them in a bowl for appetizers.
