Ingredients

- 10.6 oz of dark chocolate
- 0.35 oz of butter
- 7 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of orange zest
- 3 tablespoons of rum
- juice of one lemon
- 28 oz of fruits (pineapple, bananas, oranges, pears, apples...).
Preparation
Pour the lemon juice over the fruits previously cut into cubes.
Break the chocolate into pieces, then cook it with the butter and heavy cream in the fondue pot over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until it becomes smooth.
Add the cinnamon, orange zest, and rum.
