Savoyard Panini

The Savoyard Panini, a mountain delight in every bite! Made with melted cheese and bacon bits, it warms both heart and taste buds. Perfect for a gourmet, tasty and comforting break.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 "special panini" breads
  • 1 Reblochon cheese
  • 75 g of bacon bits
  • 1 large red onion

Preparation

Sauté the onions in a little butter then add the bacon bits.

When the mixture is nicely browned, fill your panini bread with this preparation, then add a few slices of Reblochon cheese on top.

Close your panini and brown it for a few minutes in your waffle maker with the Meat Grill/Panini plates.
