Apple rebloche
The Apple Rebloche, a perfect marriage between the melting cheese and the fruity sweetness of apples. A sweet and savory delight that warms the heart and delights the taste buds!
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Savoie Reblochon cheeses
- 10 'Reinette' or 'Canada' apples
Preparation
Slice the apples and remove the core containing the seeds. Then brown them in a pan with a little fat. Next, place them in a heat-resistant dish on the upper tray to keep them warm.
Cut the Reblochon in half through its thickness. Place one half in each small pan, cut side up. Position the pan in the appliance. Wait a few minutes... Remove the pan and scrape the melted surface of the Reblochon with a spoon onto your plate, which you have previously garnished with cooked apples. You can sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Put the cheese back to melt and repeat the same operation.
TIPS AND TRICKS
You can replace the Reblochon with other types of cheese: Munster, Camembert, Blue cheese, Roquefort, St Marcellin... and thus invent multiple recipes.
