
Reblochonnade
Reblochonnade is a convivial mountain dish, perfect for cheese lovers and those who enjoy generous flavors. Rich and comforting, reblochonnade brings together the best of Savoyard cuisine for a warm moment to share with friends or family.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes (peeled, cut into pieces and boiled)
- 2 Reblochon cheeses (from Savoie)
- 4 thick slices of smoked bacon, pre-grilled
- 2 onions, previously sautéed
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
To start
The principle is the same as raclette, only the cheese changes.
Here, it's Reblochon, but you can also try it with Camembert. Original and very tasty.
In the large cheese pan of your Raclette Evolution®, place potato, bacon, onions and cover with the chosen cheese.

Let it melt... grill... and serve accompanied by potatoes, sautéed onions and grilled bacon.
