- 6 small goat cheese rounds
- 300 g of Comté
- 300 g of Gouda
- 1 dried duck breast
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 1 bunch of grapes
- 8 morel mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 4 tablespoons of raisins
- 4 tablespoons of walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Slice the smoked bacon and duck breast. Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with a spoonful of oil.
Arrange the dried fruits, grape clusters (previously washed) and morel mushrooms on a plate.
Cut the goat cheese rounds in half and brush with oil.
Cut the Gouda and Comté into thin slices. Arrange them on a serving plate.
Offer all the ingredients on the table and let each guest melt the cheeses in the raclette pans, incorporating their choice of toppings.
