Fall in love with our mini donuts! Soft, colorful and delicious, they're perfect for a sweet break. Whether you like them plain, glazed or with various toppings, these little treats will bring fun and flavor to your indulgent moments.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 9.2 oz flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4.6 oz sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the topping:

  • 7 oz powdered sugar 
  • 1 egg white 
  • lemon juice 
  • Food coloring (optional) 
  • Sugar sprinkles and colored pearls (optional) 

Preparation

Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk, oil and salt.

Carefully fill the plates using a spoon, being careful not to put batter in the center of the donuts to maintain the center hole. Flip the appliance halfway through cooking.

In a bowl, vigorously mix the powdered sugar and egg white. Add a few drops of lemon juice (depending on desired consistency), and a few drops of food coloring (optional).

Dip the donuts in the glaze, sprinkle with sprinkles or colored pearls and let set at room temperature.
